Incident at Winnipeg, MB

Summary

1999-09-10: CAF 2857, a CC-130 Hercules, was inbound to Winnipeg on a flight from Kelowna and the crew reported that the gear had been stuck in the down position. It is not known if the a/c flew the trip with the gear down, but it landed safely at 2109Z. One other a/c was slightly delayed as Tower treated the occurrence as a minor standby. OPI - System Safety
