1999-09-07: VAL 795, a Beech King Air, departed Winnipeg (YWG) for Sioux Lookout and when the flight was 30 miles east of YWG, the crew reported a cracked windshield. The flight returned to YWG and landed uneventfully at 1225Z. No other a/c were inconvenienced. OPI - System Safety
