Incident at Calgary, AB (TCAS alert)

Summary

1999-08-27: ACA 117, a B767, was on descent into Calgary after a flight from Toronto and was cleared to descend from 10,000 feet to 8,000 feet. The crew then reported climbing to 10,500 feet because of a TCAS Resolution Advisory. The only other traffic in the vicinity was C-GOUM, a Piper Arrow, directly below at 5,500 feet.
