1999-08-03: The pilot of C-GZDE, a Cessna 180, landed on Runway 23 at Inuvik and reported a blown tire. The a/c was disabled on the runway until 2330Z when it was repaired and the pilot was able to taxi to the ramp. OPI - System Safety
