Summary

1999-07-30: The pilot of C-FVUU, a homebuilt Pietenpol Aircamper, was on a VFR flight from Montana to Regina (YQR) when he advised Regina FSS that he was going to make a precautionary landing 22 miles south of YQR because of low fuel. The a/c landed safely in a field and the pilot indicated he did not require assistance. FSS alerted Canada Customs. OPI - System Safety
