Summary

1999-07-26: C-FFCH, a Cessna 402, on landing Runway 27 at Saskatoon, blew left main tire and was disabled on the runway. Switched to Runway 33 as the active. Numerous a/c were delayed due to extended taxi to runway because of construction. Runway was cleared at 0055Z. OPI - System Safety
