Incident at Whitehorse, YT

Summary

1999-07-23: At 1426Z, 9 minutes after departing the Schwatka Lake floatplane base at Whitehorse, the pilot of C-GIBG, a Cessna 206, reported an unspecified electrical problem. The aircraft returned to land safely at Schwatka Lake at 1433Z. OPI - Maintenance and Manufacturing UPDATE M. & M. reported that the AMO for Action Aviation was contacted and their response was the regulator was replaced, the aircraft was released and is operating normally.
