Summary

1999-07-19: C-FSHA, a Piper Chieftain, departed from Runway 36 at St. Andrews and shortly after takeoff, the pilot advised that the a/c was venting fuel. The pilot elected to return and landed uneventfully. He corrected the problem and departed successfully for Winnipeg International Airport. OPI - System Safety
