Incident at Whitehorse, YT


1999-07-06: N7910K, a Beech Bonanza with two people on board, was outbound from Whitehorse to Anchorage on an IFR flight plan and the pilot was cleared to ten thousand feet, reference opposite-direction, inbound traffic at eleven thousand and went through his assigned altitude. Pilot appeared to be very unsure of proper procedures and a loss of separation ensued. OPI - Enforcement
