Summary

1999-09-13: PAG 1T, a Beech Baron on a local VFR training flight incurred a flat tire on landing Runway 31 in Winnipeg at 1845Z. The tire was changed on the runway and the aircraft taxied to the apron without further incident at 1942Z. ACA230, a DC9 and ABL 858, a DHC-8 were diverted from Runway 31 and landed on Runway 36.
