1999-06-18: N7573Q, a Cessna 185, departed from Runway 13R at Whitehorse on a VFR flight to Alaska, and Tower staff observed fuel venting from the a/c. The pilot elected to return and landed safely with ERS on standby. The problem was a loose fuel cap. OPI - System Safety
