Incident at Whitehorse, YT

Summary

1999-06-10: C-GTRP, a Cessna 185, departed Whitehorse for Haines Junction and Tower observed fuel venting from the a/c. The pilot was informed and he returned to land with ERS on standby. OPI - System Safety UPDATE Company officials confirmed that the problem was a loose fuel cap. The cap was secured and the a/c continued the flight.
