Incident at St. Andrews, MB


1999-06-01: C-GDOX, a Cessna Caravan, was on approach to St. Andrews on a VFR flight from Little Grand Rapids when the pilot declared an emergency because of an open door. Runway 04 was active, but the pilot requested Runway 18 and landed without further problem at 2245Z. OPI - System Safety
