Summary

1999-05-31: ADB 4209, an An-124 Condor, departed Edmonton for Keflavik and shortly after takeoff, the crew reported an engine failure. They elected to return and held on the VOR for two hours to burn off fuel. The crew did not declare an emergency, but requested CFR be on standby for the landing.
