Summary

1999-05-25: The pilot of N321BT, a Cessna 210, taxied from the ramp to the taxiway to the active runway at Lethbridge, where he did a runup before taking off. The pilot did not make any contact with FSS inside a MF zone and only contacted FSS about 20 minutes after departure to request FSS open his VFR flight plan to Fort St. John, BC. OPI - Enforcement
