Summary

1999-05-25: KEE 104, a Piper Seneca, was taxiing for departure on Runway 18 and the pilot was requested to hold short of Runway 13. The pilot acknowledged the restriction, but the Controller observed the a/c crossing the hold short line for Runway 13. The Controller stopped the pilot before he could enter the runway, which had traffic on final. OPI - Enforcement
