Summary

1999-05-03: ACA 107 was inbound to Calgary (YYC) from Toronto and about 90 miles southeast of YYC when the crew reported a medical emergency. The crew received a clearance direct to YYC. The emergency was believed to be a heart attack and a physician on board was tending to the passenger. Runway 16 was active and one a/c waiting to depart on that runway was delayed while ACA 107 landed on Runway 34. OPI - System Safety
