Incident at Dauphin, MB

Summary

1999-04-19: KEE 103, a Piper Seneca, departed from Dauphin on an IFR flight to Winnipeg at 2210Z, and shortly after takeoff, the pilot reported oil on the cowling. He decided to return and landed without incident at 2219Z. No other a/c were inconveneienced. After landing, the pilot discovered that an oil dipstick in one of the engines was not secured before flight. OPI - System Safety
