Summary

1999-04-13: ABS 278, a Beech 1900, was enroute from La Ronge to Stony Rapids at FL 240 and was 85 miles north of La Ronge when the crew requested descent to 16,000 feet due to a cracked windshield. The crew then elected to return to La Ronge, where the flight landed without incident at 0053Z. No other a/c were inconvenienced. OPI - System Safety
