Summary

1999-04-06: The crew of ROY 848, a B757, was preparing to taxi from Apron 1 for departure when they reported an engine fire indication on the number 2 engine. CFR responded immediately, but by the time they arrived, the crew advised that the fire indication was out. The crew believes that a build-up of fuel may have caused a tail pipe fire.
