1999-03-31: The pilot of N8393B, a Cessna 172, was enroute VFR from Springbank to Lethbridge when he encountered poor weather and elected to make a precautionary landing on a rural road. The pilot hitchhiked into town to advise the RCMP. With police assistance, he later took off when weather conditions were VFR. OPI - System Safety
