2000-05-17: The pilot of C-GQQC, a Beech Travelair, was cleared to position on Runway 18 at Winnipeg International Airport. Three minutes later, while still in position, the pilot heard Tower clear the crew of CAV 2598, a Saab 340, to land on Runway 18.
