Incident at Regina, SK (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

Summary

1999-03-15: C-FBFM, a Piper Twin Comanche with 2 people on board, landed on Runway 13 at Regina after a local VFR training flight and the left main wheel blew. The a/c veered to the left, but stayed on the runway, about 100 feet short of Taxiway M. Two other arriving a/c, a C172 and a B757, were diverted to Runway 08. Runway 13 was closed for about 40 minutes until C-FBFM could be removed. OPI - System Safety
