Summary

1999-03-09: NWA 1019, a DC-9, was on approach to Runway 12 at Edmonton after a flight from Minneapolis when the crew advised that the flaps would not deploy. They initiated a missed approach, completed a circuit and landed safely a short time later. It is not known if the crew was able to rectify the flap problem of if they made a flapless landing.
