Summary

1999-02-17: ACA 145, a B767, was at FL 390 about 10 miles west of Winnipeg when the crew received a TCAS alert and aural warning of traffic at their 5 o'clock position. The only traffic observed at that position was a Cessna 172, 37,000 feet below ACA 145, 5 miles west of Winnipeg. No evasive action was required. OPI - System Safety
