Incident at Edmonton, AB (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

Summary

1999-02-05: FKL 120, a Pilatus PC-12/45, landed on Runway 12 at Edmonton International Airport at 1910Z, and shortly after, the pilot stopped on the runway. He reported frozen brakes and the a/c was disabled for about 30 minutes until it could be removed from the runway. There was no operational impact at the airport.
