Summary

1999-02-01: FAB 120 departed and returned due landing gear not locking in up position. The a/c landed without further incident. ERS on standby. OPI - Maintenance & Manufacturing UPDATE TSB reported that the operator advised that the problem appeared to be an ice buildup on the landing gear.
