1999-01-21: The pilot of C-GCNF, an Aeronca Champ on skis, was hand-starting the a/c and after the engine started, the a/c began to move forward. The pilot was unable to stop the a/c and it taxied into a stand of trees, where it sustained substantial damage. OPI - Enforcement
