Incident at Moncton NB


1999-12-16: CFRTV PA28 requested and was given taxi instructions down runway 29 and told to hold short of the active runway 06. The aircraft read back the clearance to hold short. CFRTV taxied to position on runway 06 with traffic on final which had been cleared to land. CFTRV was given an immediate take off clearance . The inbound traffic was advised of CFRTV as traffic on the roll and recleared to land. Nil TSB.
