Incident at Moncton NB

Summary

1999-11-09: CFZTP C172 was conducting circuits on runway 24 and CGRVK was taxiing for departure off runway 29. The Airport Controller instructed CFZTP to land runway 24 with a full stop and informed the aircraft that traffic would be departing runway 29. CFZTP landed runway 24 and the Airport Controller cleared CGRVK for take-off. CFZTP departed runway 24 while CGRVK was departing runway 29. CGRVK departed runway 29 and turned prior to the intersection of runway 29 and 24. Note occurrence date Oct. 28/99 Nil TSB
