Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX)

Summary

1999-10-21: CKS362 B747 landing Gander Intl on roll out tower observed that an engine on the left side of the aircraft was flaming out with fire coming out of the engine for a longer period than normal. The pilot was advised and the engine was shutdown. ERS escorted the aircraft to the ramp. There was no visible damage. 2 flight were briefly delayed. TSB case closed.
