Incident at St. John's

Summary

1999-09-30: V19J CP140 Aurora patrol aircraft landed runway 16 and after landing pilot reported the brakes were "Grabbing". As pilot turned in Taxi Golf pilot applied brakes and at that time brakes locked, overheated and caused a tire to blow. Aircraft was disabled in Taxi Golf. ERS responded. Taxi Golf closed until aircraft towed to hangar. No impact on other traffic. Nil TSB
