Incident at St. John's

Summary

1999-09-16: C-FITW SA227AC aborted takeoff in St. John's due to an engine overtorqued condition. Engine torque increased higher than selected by the power lever and as per the maintenance manual limits. Internal inspection carried out, engine replaced and returned to the manufacture for investigation and repair. Nil TSB
