Incident at Fredericton NB

Summary

1999-09-10: ICN2155 ATR43 at FL230 was observed infringing in CYR734 by approximately 1 mile and was cleared direct to Fredericton. Pilot advised that the oscillation of the Fredericton VOR was the reason the aircraft was south of the cleared track. NIL TSB Correct copy to read aircraft infringing in CYR724.
