1999-08-30: CFTNW SEAREY Ultralight was attempting to land on the Tobique River when pilot misjudged his altitude because of Glare, Mist and Glassy water. The aircraft contacted the water hard, bounced three times and flipped over. The pilot received minor injuires. TSB case closed File # A99A0114
