Incident at West of Liverpool NS


1999-08-09: CGOBR and CGLJK a pair of C150's on a VFR flight from Shearwater direct Waterville direct Liverpool return Shearwater requested Radar assistance from Halifax TCU. The aircraft were too low to be picked up by the TCU and transmissions had to be relayed through CGNGX PA28 in the area. The tracks flown by the aircraft after the aircraft were radar identified were not accurate so the TCU issued no compass vectors to Liverpool. Pilots sighted Liverpool and landed without further event. Nil TSB
