Incident at Gagetown NB CYR724


1999-07-16: ROY6214 B737 enroute Toronto to Fredericton was observed by the Base Safety Officer to overfly a live firing area within CYR724. The aircraft was low enough to read the tail letters. A review of the communications indicates that ROY6214 was cautioned by Fredericton FSS to be aware of CYR724. ROY6214 reported turning at the time of the caution. Moncton Center called Fredericton FSS at the same time re the entry of ROY6214 into CYR724. Moncton was not able to determine on radar if ROY6214 had actually entered CYR724. NIL TSB
