Incident at Yarmouth NS

Summary

1999-07-15: UAK0221 AN32 enroute Bermuda to Yarmouth was originally flight planned from Bermuda > BDA .A632 ELTIN direct Sydney. A second flight planned was filed with routing Bermuda > BDA A631 ELTIN > 3850N65W > 4030N6520W > CRABB direct Yarmouth. New York cleared the aircraft on it's original flight planned route and passed an estimate to Moncton base on the cleared route. The aircraft however flew the second route and was notice by the Moncton controller to be off course. Pilot confirmed the flight was Crabb direct Yarmouth. New York said they would be filing a report based on this information. No other aircraft were involved in Moncton Airspace. Nil TSB
