Incident at Moncton ACC

Summary

1999-06-14: Moncton ACC observed an uncorrelated target at FL290 entering Moncton Airspace from the South and enter Boston area near VITOL. Moncton queried Boston who advised that the flight was E7031 enroute from Lajes to Andrew's AFB. Pilot advised that he thought he had been cleared via 42N60W direct Sea Isles NJ instead of the Flight plan data 42N60W direct Dovey direct Sea Isles. No other aircraft involved. Nil TSB
