Summary

1999-10-18: ACA644 CARJ landing Fredericton was cleared for a Straight-In VOR Approach Runway 29. Aircraft conducted a circling procedure for Runway 33 without notifying ATC. The pilot did not inform Fredericton FSS that he was circling. Flight landed 1932z. Nil TSB Correction: Aircraft was cleared for a Straight In VOR approach for Runway 09. Aircraft conducted a circling procedure for Runway 33 without notifying ATC.
