Incident at Fredericton NB


1999-04-12: CGOZE PA28R had completed a touch and go at Fredericton and was proceeding to Chatham NB when pilot advised returning Fredericton due Rough Running engine. Pilot did not declare an emergency nor requested ERS. Aircraft landed 1548z. When aircraft came to a stop a large puff of white smoke came from the exhaust. Pilot immediately shutdown the engine. ERS was advised but intervention was not required. Pilot and passenger pushed aircraft off the runway. No other traffic involved or impacted. TSB evaluating.
