Incident at Moncton NB


1999-03-15: SKK320 BE1900 while being radar vectored for an ILS 06 Approach at Moncton descended below his cleared altitude of 3000 feet which was also below the minimum radar vectoring altitude. The controller advised the flight to "maintain 3000'. The pilot had descended to approximately 2200 feet before climbing back to 3000 feet. Flight landed at 2240z without further incident. NIL TSB
