1999-02-25: CFZQP LR35 takeoff IFR Halifax to Montreal was cleared to FL390. Pilot advised that he was "speed restricted" and wish to divert to Saint John N.B. Aircraft landed Saint John 0405z without further incident. Suspected cause was a faulty landing gear indication. Nil TSB
