Incident at Saint John, N.B.

Summary

1999-02-17: C-GPBP was on final for a Touch & Go for RWY 05. Inter Canadien 2271 was on final for RWY 32. Both aircraft were advised of each other's position and reported that they had each other in sight. C-GPBP landed on RWY 05 and immediately departed. When asked for his intentions, C-GPBP made an immediate right turn. ICN2271 stopped their descent, cancelled IFR and broke off their approach. ICN2271 circled and landed on RWY 05. Nil TSB
