Summary

1999-01-29: ICN2280 ATR-42-300 was at 21000 feet eastbound to Fredericton from Montreal when they reported a cracked windshield. Requested and received clearence to 5000 feet and continued enroute at a reduced airspeed. Aircraft landed safely in Fredericton at 16:36 AST. Update: (January 28/99) Correction in Details field where "500" feet was changed to read "5000" feet. 2nd Update TSB file # A99A0010.
