Incident at Gander Oceanic

Summary

1999-01-21: RCH50269 C141 enroute McGuire to Ramstein advised of pressurization problems and commenced an offset descent to FL250. Traffic separation with COA50 was reduced to 9 miles where 10 miles was required. RCH50269 advised that descent was neccessary due rapid loss of pressure. Flight was recleared to England. Nil TSB
