1999-01-12: ACA184 A319 en-route from Halifax to St.-John's Newfoundland. Four minutes after departure, crew reported flight control problems and levelled off at 15,000ft. Problem reported to be resolved at 02:35Z & continued on course to St.-John's. Nature of flight control problems was not disclosed to ATC. Nil TSB
