Incident at Gander

Summary

1999-01-25: CGNNX C150 reported loss of engine power, unable to maintain altitude, landed on a highway 2 miles north of Gander. No reported injuries or damage. RCMP on site. TSB case closed. Maintenance discovered an intake valve sticking open in # 2 cylinder and that cylinder was replaced. TSB file # A99A0002
