Summary

1999-05-12: Toronto ACC informed Sault Tower that N5830J, on an IFR flight from Dog Lake to Chippewa County Airport, MI, U.S.A., was in the vicinity of Gros Cap with sporadic engine failure and was making an emergency diversion to Sault Ste. Marie (Ontario) Airport. The pilot was given vectors to ILS 11. ERS were advised and stood by for the safe landing at 1908Z. Two (2) S.O.B. Ops. impact -- the departure of ONT290 was delayed five (5) minutes.
