1997-05-15: The aircraft was on a flight from Philadelphia International Airport, PA (U.S.A.) to Ontario International Airport, CA (U.S.A.) when, at 1935Z, the pilot reported that he had to shut down the #2 engine. The aircraft continued on to Ontario where it landed without incident at 2010Z. Ops. impact -- unknown.
